Rice Krispie Treats and The Crispery
It is amazing to thing back when I was a child just smooshing together the ingredients from the Rice Krispies Treats recipe on my cereal box and thinking I was in Marshmallow Heaven. My version of the now classic snack was a room temperature ball of flattened Marshmallows and whatever pieces of puffed rice I could make stick before I jammed it into our vertical toaster. Since then I have become an aficionado but I never forget my roots.
